# Activity Data (NEW)

## 1. View activity data history <a href="#id-1" id="id-1"></a>

1️⃣ Click the **\[Health Report]** tab on the left or click th&#x65;**\[Report icon]**&#x74;o view the member's health report.

**2️⃣** \[Click the **Activity Data** tab inthe lower left corner of **the Health Report.**

## 2. View activity data results

### (1) Overall results

* **Body** Composition **Summary Graph:** The Body Composition Summary Graph shows activity data between InBody test results over the time period selected at the top.
* When you click an activity data marker in the graph, a composite result based on your gait, heart rate, and sleep data between test results is displayed in the activity data history area at the bottom of the graph.

* In graph hover, you can see your in-body test results for weight, skeletal muscle mass, and body fat.

* **Activity data history area: The activity** data history area displays activity data from the InBody app recorded between**selected**InBody test results in**the body composition summary graph.**
* You can see at a glance the aggregate results for your steps, heart rate, and sleep for that time period.

### (2) Step/Heart Rate/Sleep Details

* **Step**: View **a summary of step data for** the selected month. Get a bird's eye view of your members' walking patterns, including average steps, goal achievement, and activity by parking.

* **Heart Rate**: View **a summary of heart rate data for** the selected month. You can analyze your members' heart health and healthy rhythms by looking at the average and evolution of resting, maximum, and minimum heart rates.

* **Sleep**: View **sleep patterns and sleep duration by stage**. Total sleep time, wake/wake times, and percentages of stages, such as light sleep-deep sleep-rem sleep, give you a better understanding of your members' sleep quality and habits.

### (3) Graphs/Tables

* Table view: View detailed corresponding activity data in a tabular format.
